Custom Field is not reflecting back from an extension table of channel DB to HQ table

Hi folks,

I have followed the steps mentioned in this article Table Extension to create an extension for RetailTransactionTable.

After creating an extension the custom field is visible on the HQ portal.

To create the same on Channel Database I followed this article Channel DB Extension.

Using Commerce SDK I have created a trigger to save the data in the Extended table on Channel Database.

Once the transaction gets completed I run the P-0001 job but the value of a custom field that was added in the extension table is not getting reflected to the corresponding table in HQ(F&O).

Please let me know if I am missing any steps.

Thanks,

Aman

    Hi, thanks for your response.

Yes, I did all the steps mentioned in the article. I run the "Initialize commerce scheduler" as well.

Any other step that I need to follow?

Did you also do the following when you were creating your table extension in the HQ?

    ExtendCDX

    Add CDX extension to initializer

    Validate CDX change

    1. Verify that your customization works correctly:

      1. After the initialization is completed, go to Retail and Commerce > Headquarters setup > Commerce scheduler, and then select the Scheduler subjobs link.
      2. On the subjobs table, search for the RetailTransactionTable subjob ID.
      3. In the details area, under the Channel field mapping section, verify that the new custom (extension) columns are listed in the mapping.
