How to remove field visibility from all but record owner

Hi,

I am posting this as last resort because all the information I seem to find indicates that you cannot hide field values from users without eliminating them from seeing their own relevant records field values unless code is implemented.

Has anyone found a method to hide the opportunity "est rev" and  "est close date" from all but the owner of the record without coding? I know zero code.

    Hi JamesOttawa,

You can use field level security to control access to the fields. This solution requires no code.

If you need the visibility of the field to be more dynamic then you will need to create a JavaScript function or a business rule to adjust the visibility.
