FA batch details are missing in Fixed Assets Batch Inquiry window

I have a scenario where a fixed assets batch has been created through the Retire process and posted in GL

I can see the Journal entry in GL module, also i can see the batch detail in Fixed Assets Batch Inquiry window but when I try to drill down to any detail line by clicking on the 'Source Doc', it shows an empty screen

Further more, I tried to look at the back end tables

Fixed Assets Batch Headers - FA15000 (batch exist)
Fixed Assets General Ledger Interface WORK - FA00905 (batch details exist)
Asset Financial Detail Master - FA00902 (batch details are missing)

There are no detail regarding the subject batch in FA00902

Not sure what happened that lead to that issue

Hi

Have you tried running the FA reconcile on Batch Headers?

Tools --> Utilities --> Fixed Assets --> Reconcile.

Might be worth giving that a go.

Unfortunately I did try this already but no difference.
