I really need someone to help me with an issue in CRM caused by the integration tool Scribe not executing the packages.
Anyone with the knowledge of Scribe Integration?

Hi MSQ
Sure, so your DTS packaging is not running? Please describe what type of migration or integration package your tried to run or what error your getting ?
Best Wishes, Raz
I would post your question to the Scribe CRM forum:
openmind.scribesoft.com/.../dynamics-crm-adapter-for-insight
I wouldn't be posting my question here if Scribe forum... I requested for my password reset 9:00am today and still no response form Scribe.
I am seeing the publisher "Owner" hasn't run since last week. The "Alert Log" shows critical error "Error in Query Publisher Owner" for every minutes this publisher runs.
1. How do I check the cause of the error
2 How do I run this publisher or dts manually?
Make sure the Message Queue Services are running, check the windows server event error logs,
You can also run the DTS package via the Scribe Console instead if the Publisher
Yes scribe take very long to accept forum registration and sometimes the don't accept it if your account is not linked to a customer account or email so I advise you to try with your work email instead of your personal one :)
Raz, my account with Scribe is already setup but I requested to reset the password since I forgot it.
Also, Scribe has a very unprofessional technical support including the support manager.
I will check the Message Queue and let you know. How do I manually run the DTS?
Error in Query Publisher Owner - Error processing query - Insufficient resources to perform operation.
It seems to be an issue with Systems Queue; I am verifying it right now...
Find the DTS File in the folder or by doing a search for it, and running it via the Scribe console.
The following link should help you with your Windows Message Queue Error;
support.microsoft.com/.../899613
I have Purge all queues and DTS seems to be running now but I still don't see the updated Contacts in CRM.
Since the contact information on the integration server was updated last week; the DTS is not bringing over that record. I copied the "SQL Query" from the "Configure Source" (Step #3) and it returns 0 record.
What do I need to do on this Query of Scribe DTS so it will bring over the Owner/Contact from the integration server that was updated last week?
The updated records are brought over based on the Date value in the Query but I do not know what to do so it won't affect all the records; I just need it for the last 7 days only.
Where (n.alt_lookup = 'A' and (n.U2_ID like '%!_%' escape '!')) or (n.alt_lookup <> 'A' and (n.U2_ID not like '%!_%' escape '!')) and n.time_stamp > DATEADD(second,-90,GETDATE())
