Thank you for using the community forums. Support does not provide technical assistance on unsupported versions of Dynamics NAV. Support for Dynamics 2013 did expire in January 2018.
Best would to be consider starting upgrading to a support releases. The first support release is Dynamics NAV 2016.
Note that for this issue, the application event log file probably has more information why this behavior occurs.
