Not able to see cache clear button in dynamics portal

I am not able to see portal clear cache button.

The global admin says that he has added me to the portal administrator group but i don't see edit panel on homepage too that I think have seen previously when doing a POC.

    Hi

    If you have the correct web role assigned, you should be able to get these.

    You could try in different browser sessions or incognito mode and see if that makes any difference

    You can also check in CRM, to see if you have the necessary web roles assigned.

    Hi,

    You need to have administrator web role for the portal contact in order to see the clear cache option.
