Service Hub- how do I customize 'Create Portal Comment' page?

Hi all,

I am using CRM 365 Online. On the Service Hub, when creating a new Portal Comment from the case timeline, how can I customize the page that is being opened 'Create Portal Comment'? I would like to remove/add some fields there.
