Please help with Multi-Currency Error

Dear All,

I Have Customer with GP 2010 get the following error:

"You can't post transaction in General Ledger while multicurrency amounts
for the financial series are being revauled. Try again later"

and couldn't post any transaction for that error so please could anyone provide me with solution

    Probably an orphaned lock from a user that has crashed out the application.

    Make a backup of the database.

    Check no one really is doing any work with currencies.

    Look for rows in DYNAMICS..SY00801 for MC_Reval, remove it.

    step1 - check any locks in the DYNAMICS..SY00800 & DYNAMICS..SY00801 tables for problem company.

    step2 - ask all users to log out of Dynamics GP, take backup of system and company databases.

    step3 - remove the lock from the SY00800 and SY00801 tables.

    If you have followed step 1 and there is not lock in the SY00800 table.

    follow step 2.

    Step3 - GP Administrator logs into the problem company and run check-links on the financials module. (MS Dynamics GP > Maintenance > Check Links - Select financials - ALL, click process.

    ask user to login and try posting the batch again.
