Shrinking Microsoft.Athena.TrickleFeedService-Analytics File usage

The Microsoft.Athena.TrickleFeedService-Analytics table is at the top of the File usage list for a few of our Power Platform environments.  It's constantly growing and I'd like to shrink it.  I think it's related to DataLake, but I don't believe DataLake exports are enabled on these instances.  Does anyone another thought, and an idea of how to shrink it?  These are Dev/Test environments, so I could probably turn off the analytics and maybe turn it back on again if that's possible and might clear the analytics logs being created by this.

Thanks.

We have the same issue with that table growing beyond any reasonable basis it is currently at 3GB in our dataverse table. Understand this came from turning on the Sales Analysis option and it needs to be turned off. Does anyone know a way to delete the existing records?

    RE: Shrinking Microsoft.Athena.TrickleFeedService-Analytics File usage

    Hello,

The Microsoft.Athena.TrickleFeedService-Analytics table is part of a group of tables that are created after Customer Service Analytics and Insights is opted-in for the environment. This enables analytic and reporting capabilities for applications such as Sales Insights, Customer Service Hub, Field Service and Resource Scheduling Optimization.

    Public documentationhttps://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/capacity-storage#what-are-entities-ending-in---analytics-in-my-capacity-report

It's possible to decrease some of this consumption by disabling this opt-in or by uninstalling the solution that is making use of this analytics features.

However, it's best to raise a support request detailing this experience and the table that you wish to decrease (in this case, Microsoft.Athena.TrickleFeedService-Analytics), so we can do a more detailed troubleshooting.

If you have any questions, just let me know.

    Thank you,

    Carolina
