Missing feature with localizing text in survey

Currently there is no way to add a hyperlink to a localized string in Customer Voice.  In the default language I can create a hyperlink, but when I localize the string, there is no option to add a hyperlink.  This is a pretty annoying problem for us as we have no way for our spanish speaking customers to view or terms and conditions before completing a survey.
