Budget Wizard for Excel

Hello, I'm trying to create a blank budget for 2018. I am getting all of the inactive accounts. I know how to select the accounts I need but the sub accounts are not sequential. I can also do the text to column to eliminate what I don't need and can put the columns back as one but I'm getting a reference error.

Help please, thank you!
