Hello Expert!

I have an error message when I tried to login with authorized user.

 We're sorry, but something went wrong. Error ID [ some random guid, changes upon refresh]

Please try again , if persist , contact the Web site  administrator

What could cause this error ?

How can I fix it ?

Is there a place where can find a log to see the error message.

    To fix this issue, we need to know the detailed error message from Portal backend. Either you can raise a ticket to Microsoft support to get help, or you can enable the diagnostic log, then you can see the log from the azure blob. Prefer to raise a ticket to Microsoft.

    Is this CRM on premise or Online. If online, Is your global admins getting the same error?
