Above are the screen shot error message of two different invoice.

getting same infolog as "Cannot create a record in Posted vendor invoice lines (VendInvoiceTrans). Item: D0011, Laser Projector.The record already exists."

Can any one suggest how to resolve this issue.

Hi ax Financial,

The only unique index on this table in standard AX is the RecId field which should be increased automatically by the kernel. Do you have customizations on this table? Otherwise check using the debugger which value of the RecId will be drawn and if it was used before or not. There might be an inconsistency then in the table SysSequences which holds the next RecId value per table.

If the value 0 is being retrieved, there might be a missing stored procedure on the SQL server database or missing permissions on this stored procedure.
