Telephone integration CISCO and CRM 2013

Hi all

I want to test the solution offered by MSCRM Addons ltd http://www.mscrm-addons.com/Products/AddonsforMSCRM2011/TelephoneIntegration/tabid/173/Default.aspx

and for this  i need the TAPI driver for my cisco telephone CP-6921. I have read that the TSP TAPI driver for cisco is end of life...maybe guys do you now how can i resolve my problem or maybe you can advise me with an another solution. Thank you

    Hello Oscar. Have you looked at Tenfold? It's an add-on that integrates MS Dynamics with any phone system. Tenfold offers functionalities such as call logging, caller ID, and click to call. https://www.tenfold.com/integrations/dynamics/
