Error message when report as finished a production ordrer

Dear expert,

When I report as finish a producion order I have the following error message: Quantity XXXX cannot be updated whith inventory reference Prod. Reported as finished journal because inventory transactions whith status Ordred, Arrived or registered are insufficient.

when I consulted the screen Inventory transactions on the production order, there was no transaction (it could be deleted from the AOT).

is there a solution to deal with this problem?

    Hello Lamounia,

    It looks as if you don't have sufficient parts on stock to produce the item and report it as finished.

    Can you check the items that you need for production and check that there is sufficient on stock?

    Can you also let us know what you mean by deleted from AOT? Has somebody deleted a record or what do you refer to exactly?
