We recently did an in place upgrade to CRM 2013 from 2011. Web side is grand and all users can log in etc etc via the browser.
For some users they simply upgraded the outlook client and all is good. Other users (myself included) cannot get it configured. Some other users deleted the client and installed from MS download site and cannot get it configured. In all cases of failure it finds the server and organisation and gets about half way through the install of the client and fails. We get no error messages worth posting and have read every blog and solution available.
Downloaded the 64bit client. Office 2013 64 bit. Outlook 2013.Other users are 32 bit office and outlook 2010. Total PITA and similar to the issues we had with this for 2011 deployment but fixes appear not to work. Any guidance appreciated.
