N:N, Advanced Search, Not equal

Why does this filter

show a record that is associated to Händler in the results?

The relation is even in the Händler record visible:

There should be no records in the results that are associated with the Händler. Is that a bug?

    Problem solved: The problem was that there are more then one records associated with the account.

    1) Händler

    2) Endkunde

    The result is correct, since the record is still assigned to the endkunde, which is another record, and that record is not equal "Händler".
