Fixing packing list displayed data

Hello,

I use Navision.

I have invoiced 5 items (chemical products) and all of them are displayed correctly in the invoice and in the delivery note but in the packing list are only included 4 items. Why? How can I fix the packing list?

    That is odd indeed. What release of Dynamics NAV is this? Any customization in this area?
