Which POS systems allow for multiple costs to a single barcode?

We sell hundreds of barcoded products, many of which we get from numerous distributors or other sources at various cost - but always the same retail price and with always the same barcode.  What POS systems can retain and report multiple costs per item in monthly and annual profit reports?
