Does anyone know how to do this please? As i cannot see how to do it, i have in the past but i think the process has changed.

Thanks in advance.

    Have you tried this?

Popup will show, click the one on the bottom right to continue. Takes you to the below screen.

Hi Mike, thanks for responding, however I have already done the above, my issue is how is setup a trial Customer Engagement portal on top of this (sorry, probably didn't explain it properly), that i can test logging and creating the cases in the portal and see them in the dynamics.

    Lets see if this works:

    Go to - https://admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/resources/portals

pastedimage1613734483753v1.png - you might have a portal listed like this.

    OR https://make.powerapps.com

    - you may be able to create one there as a trial.

but i was looking for the 'Customer Self-Service' portal template site which has what i need already setup.

Do you know how i can select one of the oob portals form dynamics to deploy it? (see below, this is what i am trying to find but do not see it)

It should be one of the options in the 'start from template' section at the bottom of your screenshot.
