Collections Management - Is there a way to save collection letters to a file?

When using the Query Letters option in GP I want to print my Query of customers reminder letters that are using a Word document template to a file so I can edit the letters prior to printing them.  Currently it looks like you can only print them to Adobe as a file which won't allow editing prior to printing.  It appears you can do them one customer at a time but not a entire query of customers to a file.

Hi Richard.  I am not sure if I was clear in my description of the issue.  The issue is not due to the Word document letter being incorrect.  The issue is oriented to the ability to remove some spaces between the Address 2 and Address 3 field that may merge incorrectly from GP or remove or edit some of the invoices or amounts that pass through the CM module.  Basically the ability to print ALL the letters in the query to a file then open some of the letters and edit them and then print.

If you need to edit a bunch and the edits are identical, edit the original letter document before merging with the list.
