Customer Voice personalized links not working with special characters (š,č,ž...)

Hello, I created personalized links with four parameters, one of the parameters contains customer names, and names can have special characters such as č,š,ž (eg Jože, Boštjan, ...). When I try to open such a link, it does not work (reports an error, "Sorry, an error occurred").

Please give me some advice on this issue.
