Hello,
Within a lookup field on a form, users have the option to click "Change View" and select a different view. Is there a way to only give certain users the permissions needed to change a particular view of a lookup field?

The dynamics don't have the permissions that to control Change View. Try to see if you can achieve similar behavior using the follow API. The viewids option can control which views are available on view picker but only about system view.
