Can Marketing Email be used for Mass Email?

Hi,

It seems that Marketing Email can only be used in Customer Journey. Is this correct?

Is there anyway that I can use Marketing Email and send to the Marketing List on-demand?

Our users are finding it difficult to use the non-HTML email version hence we need to explore Marketing Email.

    Hi Dennis,

    Yes, we should set up a customer journey to deliver marketing emails to target segment.

    If you want to send emails to members in marketing list, just change Segment source to Subscription marketing list and select any marketing list when create a customer journey.

    Hello Dennis,

    As per my understanding, Customer Journey is the only way through which you can send emails.

    You can use the Marketing lists as well in the Customer Journey. As shown below

    Hi Dennis,

    You can use the Marketing email in a Customer Journey or in a Test Send right now.  The test send however is limited to sending to one person at a time.  For the Fall 2019 release, there is a new feature coming called Quick Send which will provide this functionality.
