When setting up the GP emailing functionality in GP 2013 there is now the option to use an exchange server. If you choose this route it prompts for an email address and password. Could you please provide details on this email setting? From what I've seen so far this is a "per GP user" setting. So does every user who will be email have to setup their email addresses? or can every GP user use the same email/exchange mailbox? also, is does this email address/password have to be entered everytime the user logs in to GP or just once? If just once, does it store the password anywhere?
