Hope im in the right group for a general question regarding Configuration of D365FO.

I have a general question regarding License Configuration in Finance & Operations (F&O). While debugging some code,I noticed that we were checking a lot of functionality not related to our country or region. In License Configuration, I discovered that "All countries" are activated.

Is this standard Best Practice to activate all Countries ?

Our organization only operates in Switzerland and does not have any intercompany or other legal entities outside of Switzerland. I am curious about the impact that this setup—having all countries activated—may have on system performance, database size, etc. We have been live with this setup for four years. What should we consider if we want to deactivate the other countries?
