Hello,
Like for SMS, is it possible to send MMS with Dynamics Marketing?
If not is the feature planned and what is the best solution (Twilio-like service)

MMS has not been supported yet and there is no such release plan currently.
You can post your proposal in Ideas forum.
With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
