We had an issue on our Dynamics CRM organization the other day when a workflow created a bunch of emails to be sent, but they stopped at status waiting to be sent. Took us a few days before we saw this problem since we thought they were sent out...
I had to logon to the server (on-premise) and restart the AsyncService, then the emails was sent out.
Is there any way to get a notification on email or something when emails have been in this waiting status for a while?
We are using server-side sync and not the email router for sending emails.
