Which country-localized version do you need?
NAV 2013 CU 4 has been published in July 2013. CU was formerly named as UR.
CU (cumulative update) = UR (update rollup).
Yeah, but it only contains some objects and not the whole solution. Is it possible to get the whole solution?

As far as I remember, they are not called yet CUs, but Rollups...
