105I have 3 workflows set up - based on sales line discount %'s -
I have three workflow user groups for approvals
1. up to 5% approvers
2. 5.1% to 7.5% approvers
3. over 7.51% approvers
1. Example – NOT SUCCESSFUL
First line at 10%
Second line at 5%
Third line at 7.5%
This order should go to all approvers
- Will the document be restricted until at least one of each approval group approves it?
- The approval only went to 10% approvers
2. Example – NOT SUCCESSFUL
First line at 5%
Second line at 7.5%
- Document only went to 5% approvers, should have gone to 7.5% approvers
3. Example - Successful
First line no discount
Second line 7.5%
- Document went to the 7.5% approvers
4. Example – NOT SUCCESSFUL
First line at 7.5%
Second line at 5%
- Document went to 5% approvers
It seems there is something wrong with the 7.5% workflow -
