Open pdf file in Enterprise Portal

Hi,

I have a problem with EP, I cannot open a PDF file linked with a quotation (or other). When I want to open the file, a new empty tab open in browser with this infernal url : http://XXXXXX/sites/AXPortalTEST/_layouts/ep/downloaddocument.aspx?WMI=EPDocuGet&WTID=97&WKEY=%5b65534%3a5637311077%5d&WCMP=MTV&WDPK=INITIAL&WHPV=DF288D2059194149A2E64CA43633E278E6FB23BA27BF1599168AD61BB6BEBDCE

My problem is I never worked with EP and I have no idea how to "debug" this. I dont even know where the files are located (I suppose that's the "Web" node in AOT).

Can anybody help me to find where I have to look to resolve this ?

I discover that when I go in "AOT -> Web -> Web Menu Items -> URLs -> EPDocuGet", right clic ->Import page I got an error.

It works on all other URLs.

Any Idea ? :3

Maybe late but, these happen to me when I was working with an non-admin user. I'm not refering to admin in AX instead admin in sharepoint or enterprise portal or maybe in the server where de EP is installed.

EPDocuGet URL menuitem attached with static file "Download document" (AOT>>web>>webfile>>static files) not with direct page due to that reason you are not able to import the page and getting error.

Regarding error :-

Please check in application event viewer for error, while download is there any error was tracked. which will helps you to troubleshoot the issue.
