Management Reporter FRx - Admin only see's Security Menu

Hey guys, was hoping someone could give me a quick response to this one.

I am new to administering Great Plains and i'm having issues trying to access Management Reporter/FRx.

I have set every admin setting I know of and I still cannot access MR.

The only thing I see in MR is the Security field - Users, Groups, Companies.

I need to be able to access all of the Public Libraries and Reports.

Can you give me any help on how to I view everything in Management Reporter?

I can send screen shots if necessary.

    If you are an Administrator in MR (check off the box).  Then you have to go into the Management Reporter Viewer and add yourself to that as well.  Go to Tools>>Report Library Permissions and Add and your name is probably sitting right there waiting to be added.  

    BTW:  Viewer for MR2012 is under Microsoft Dynamics >>Management Reporter 2012

    Viewer for Management Reporter is under Microsoft Dynamics ERP>>Report Viewer

    Thank you for the suggestion. However, these permissions are already set.

    The users, role as admin and View, Edit, Create, Delete are all checked off for myself

    and the other user that is admin and needs access.

    Please, anything else we can try will be appreciated.

    I found out what was happening here.

    When you click on FRx, a Window pops up and asks you to select a Company.

    There was two companies list in my case. We kept clicking Close on that window.

    This was wrong.

    You need to Set As Default - The Main Company you wish to access.

    You will then get a credential box pop up, enter your GP Credentials and

    you will then be able to access Management Reporter in its entirety.

    *The users were already administrators - So if your not Admin, you will only see whats granted to you*
