Dynaics 365 for Tablets it's in blank

Hello,

We install in some tablets Dynamics 365 for Tablets (all are the same model, Sony Xperia Z2, and same android version 6.0.1), and when we want to see anything all the windows it's in blank.

Do you know why?

    You need to configure the roles/app/services before you can use that. Please refer here and make sure the steps are followed:

    docs.microsoft.com/.../set-up-dynamics-365-for-phones-and-dynamics-365-for-tablets
