Is there any guidance on the new D365 feature "Preview contact details on hover" that was announced 9/10/2019 https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/business-applications-release-notes/April19/microsoft-powerapps/office-value-adds-dynamics-365

We have noticed that the profile card popup is inconsistent - sometimes the profile card will show, and sometimes it won't, even with the same data on the same form at different times or for different users. In list views, sometimes the User or Contact column will show the status icon with valid information, sometimes it just shows a question mark in a circle. If we refresh the list, the status icon disappears completely.

We would like our users to have a consistent experience. Is there something we need to do to make this hover functionality behave consistently?

Have you get this checked in multiple brwsers

Additionally can you also check by Clearing the browser cache and cookies if that helps here,
