I'm uploading journals into GP 2010 using SmartConnect and I am getting the following error message

Error Number = 679 Stored Procedure taGLTransactionLineInsert Error Description = The account Number ACTNUMST) does not exist in the Account Index Master Table GL00105

can anyone help?

Are you passing both an ACTINDX and ACTNUMST value? If so, pass only the ACTNUMST value and it should work. I ran in to a similar issue using SmartConnect to create journals and, if my memory is right, this is what the cause was.

I think econnect does not upload transactions for Unit Account

The error message is conveying the account number your are trying to integrate is not existing. Check if the account number listed at the journal distribution is existing in GP.
