I've already bought a license for the CRM, then I 've installed it in the selected environment in the administration panel, then I assigned the license to the user and gave permissions related to the license to the user, but unfortunately the license is not visible after logging in to the user account. I tried on two environments and two users. Has anyone had a similar problem and can help?

Do you mean that when you log in as a user, you don't see any licenses assigned in the Office 365 Admin Center or Microsoft Entra Admin Center?
Or you can't log in to the Office 365 Admin Center or Microsoft Entra Admin Center to see the assigned licenses?
