E-Mail Designer is blank, installation problem?

Hello,

we installed the Marketing Solution on our Dynamics 365 tenant.

The Marketing-E-Mail-Designer looks like this:

We tried the browsers Internet Explorer, Edge and Firefox - it looks the same everywhere.

We are not able to create a E-Mail.....

What can we do ? Do you know a Installation guide for Marketing Solution ? I gues we did something wrong.

Yeah, we cant afford these licenses at the moment... ( >900 EUR per month). I dont know why it is so expensive, but smaller companies would never be able to use it.

    Thank you anyway.

    Hi Louis,

If you have 10+ C+E or Dynamics 365 Plan licenses, you are eligible for the Marketing Attach plan.  These licenses must be paid licenses, not IUR or other non-paid licenses.  If you qualify for the Attach plan, you will need to contact customer support and ask them to do a forced sync of the licenses.  Then you will be able to install Marketing without issue.

    Thanks,

    Megan

    Hey Megan,

    yeah we missed that point.

When trying to set the webpage, we get the following error:

"Your selected Dynamics 365 organization entitlement doesn't match your tenant. Paid tenants require a paid organization, and preview tenants require a preview organization."

We have the "Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement-Plan, Enterprise Edition" and also the following abonnements:

    Hi Louis,
When you say you installed the Marketing solution, did you run the First Run Experience (FRE) from the Applications tab in the Dynamics Admin Center as described here?  If you haven't run the FRE, you can access Marketing but nothing will work and it looks like this is the case.  If you have run the FRE, can you please go back and validate that there is no option to run it again or do an update?  If there is, then the install isn't complete and you'll need to run it again.  As an FYI, Dynamics 365 for Marketing doesn't ever install from the Solutions tab like standard Dynamics.

    Hope this helps.

    Megan
