Hi everybody,

I'm not a technical expert in Dynamics 365 Finance Operations, but would like to get some advice, at least what I should check. The problem is that I just restored the database. and currently i can't load my onebox, before restoring the database onebox is fine accessible.

And one of my technical support, unfortunately is a new guy, told me that the application has been Build and Synchronized before. I'm not sure what is the problem then,

Can someone advise, is there something that I can do or check ?

The database sync was successful in visual studio

The AOS service is on

after restore the database i don't run the database sync in visual studio,

sorry its my first handle on-prem impelementation, where i check the database sync and AOS service is on ?

Hi Windu,

The url shows that you are using VHD.

Database synchronization is done in Visual studio:

Click on start menu : Open visual then Extensions > Dynamics 365 > Synchronize database

To check if AOS is on.

Go to services

thank you for step,

after try sync DB in Visual Studio i have Error on user MRuser, PDCuser, and axdbadmin.

AOS Service Running.

The database you restored.

Where is it coming from ?

Is that a .bacpac or .bak file.

How did you restore.

Apparently, Axadmin seems to be missing from your new database hence connection not established.

a .bak file
when the restore is complete there is no problem whatsoever.
I have checked for the axadmin user, not missing.
and when I log in to the database I have to use windows authentication, to use sql authentication I can't use the password and the user is correct
