CRM 4.0 Mail Merge not working correctly - CRM button in Word 2007 doesn't work

Hello

I have admin rights in CRM 4.0, and I can run the mail merge templates with no problem.  One of my users cannot seem to get past the CRM button in Word 2007 - when she clicks it - it does nothing. 

What could be the issue here?   Macros are enabled.

    Hi Marky,

    As a quick test, mak the user a crm admin and see if it works.  If it does, then we know the issue is in the security role for the user.  

    Is the user using the outlook crm client or web interface only?

    This is resolved - I used another template which worked, then went back to the one that wasn't working and it worked fine.

    @Alex - I tried that as well but that wasn't the issue.  As a test I tried another template the user has access to, and that one worked fine.  Then I went back to the new template, then it worked.  Odd behavior but at least it works now.  thanks
