Unable to select row in Advanced lookup

Hi,

There appears to have been an update or a push that has gone  live over the last day or so that has changed us to having the Advanced lookup feature on. We don't seem to be able to turn this off via the admin center, so i assume this is just the new way moving forward. Unfortunately, we seem to be unable to select rows in the new UI, even system admin can't. Any advice on this, or has anyone seen this?

Update: Only occurs when the lookup field is selected from the Business process flow instead of the form.

I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

Do you mean that you can't disable advanced lookup here?

If so, you can use another browser to have a try.

And when you press F12, did you get any error?

Hi. In general we like Advanced lookup, but as its not functioning properly, i would settle for a way to turn it off. Unfortunately that option is missing in my Admin center (image below).

The issue is when using Advanced lookup, the system assumes you will select an option found in the lookup by ticking the little circle. (image below) However the circle is read only,  and cannot be interacted with when the field is accessed via the forms attached business process flow.

You can only interact with the lookup when the field is selected from the form itself

    Hi BenB,

I tried this on my side. Yes, when you open advanced lookup from the business process flow, the circle couldn't be ticked, like the following screenshot shows:

However, I found that if you click the position as the below screenshot shows, it could be ticked:

So this is a bug, you could contact to Microsoft Support to give feedback.
