Adding existing feature for user

Hi, How can I add an available GP feature to a current user profile?

Example: Item Usage Inquiry is available thru the Additional tab in the Item Inquiry window but when trying to access it the user does not have privileges.

Dear;

The GP administrator should grant the concerned user an access to the concerned window or button.

From Microsoft Dynamics GP >> Tools >> Setup >> System >> Field Lever Security

choose the concerned user (from the left list view), and the related company (from the right list view), and search for the field security list (below).

You should find a security entry for the concerned window/button, for this user (who does not have access), that is not included in the field security list for the users who can access it.

When you find it, uncheck the field security (in the below list)...
