Hi,

I integrated CRM with SharePoint Online but when I delete record in CRM , it doesn't delete the same in SharePoint. Is there any way to achieve this ? Is there any way to rename the folder name ?

there is no OOB.You have to write custom code to do this. You could use custom workflow step to delete all the documents from sharepoint after record has been deleted.

Check the below post that shows how to interact with sharepoint using custom workflow

    Hi Chitra,

Is there any way I can rename the folder or create a new one? How can I create a new folder in SharePoint Online?

The only way you can do this is by writing custom code. If that's a path you want to take, there are loads of samples on the internet that could help out.

The way it would work is not from within CRM. You would make a call to SharePoint directly or through an intermediate service and change the folder name.  It would be programming against SharePoint.

Here's a small example on how to change a folder name in SharePoint using CSOM: sharepoint.stackexchange.com/.../how-to-rename-a-folder-via-csom-c-in-sharepoint-list

Please know that you need an external assembly to do this action, and external assemblies are not supported in CRM. So you would need an intermediate service.

Another option would be to use the REST endpoint: sharepoint.stackexchange.com/.../update-folder-name-using-rest-api

The challenge there is on authentication to SharePoint.

    Hi Mridula,

You may consult that to Tenfold.  enfold offers integrations with more than 150 phone systems and CRMs like MS Dynamics. It offers features like click to dial and call pop ups and is really easy to set up. You can check out their integrations at www.tenfold.com/integrations
