When we install the Workstation client in a Citrix environment, we are getting an error message: " An error occured while making the requested connection"
This error occurs when trying the launch SL using the Citrix client. if you rdp into the citrix server session and launch the client, it works. The full install of the SL application in Citrix is working fine, it is just the client install in a separate instance. Any suggestions?

Hi Dana,
We don't typically support SL installed in a Citrix environment when the issue seems to stem from Citrix iteself. I did find a few items in the Citrix KB:
