please let me know how can I debug in dexterity in gp2013, I had even downloaded program debugging tool but couldn't debug.

Exactly the same as GP 2010. You will have to be more specific on what you mean by can't debug. One thing with GP 2013, make sure you are using Dex 2013 with it because there were significant changes. If you are using Dex 2013, then it should work like it always has.

The debugging tools for GP2013 work just as they did for GP2010. What specific troubles are you experiencing?

I never debug in GP2010. Please provide me the steps to do it.
Start with the Programmers Guide Vol 2 page 253. That is the debugging section. The manuals are installed under your dexterity directory in the Manuals folder.
