Validate product safety data sheet information in purchase order

In CU8 demo, we are trying to validate our product compliance setup.  On a purchase order we are adding an item number that was intentionally setup wrong to get the error - the product safety data sheet has been setup expired and also not active.  When we close the purchase order form, the error message is not popping up telling us the "PSDS is either not on file or has expired".  Does anybody have a solution to this scenario?

Have you configured the PSDS in the inventory setup by country?

Yes, if you are referring to Inventory management > Setup > Product compliance > Product safety data sheet.  Is this what you mean?

    It is yes.

So how have you configured it in the Inventory parameters?

This is how we have the PSDS setup in inventory.  Does this look right?

Use the rich formatting option at the bottom of the post and add an image (within the size constraints). Currently there is nothing for me to see :-)

    That looks correct.

So you are receiving the PO into your company - which has the address set with a country that is configured in the compliance - I am sure it is where it is going rather than where it is being ordered from, but assuming you have created it on order from can you add your country to check?

Sorry that was the other image with US - so your company address has the US country code for the receiving address (or site or warehouse). The rest looks fine.

I'm not following what you want me to check.  Can you send me a screenshot of what you are asking to see?

On the Purchase Order Header there is a Address tab - check the country is US which matches your setup.

Otherwise you will need a developer to start looking at the code, your configuration looks fine to me, it is not a complex setup.
