I am having real problems installing solutions for D365 on premises from AppSource, and have been going round in a loop and getting nowhere for a few days now.
- I choose the solution I want, and am prompted to log in with my MS organisation account.
- I fill in the form, accept the term and then it says 'Taking you to Dynamics 365 to complete the installation.
- I then get an error saying they couldn't find a Dynamics 365 organisation connected to my account (which is right, because we are on-premises).
- My organisation login is for Office 365, SharePoint 365, ect.
I've tried creating another MS account with another email alias, but I am prompted to log into a organisation account when I try to download from AppSource.
Has anyone else come across this problem? How did you solve it?
Today I was at the point of being ready to buy a prepaid support pack from MS to log a ticket - however they do any paid support for D365 on premises. Not feeling the love :(
Any ideas or suggestions are greatly appreciated!
