Open Line in Excel Projects Dimension Value

Is there any option to upload the projects dimension value besides, you creating a new project ID?

    I don't think so its possible without creating project. Since you are using Project as financial dimension (Entity backed).

    If you want your own dimensions value with name project then create dimension with type custom instead project then you can define your own master in values
