Hi,
Is there a way to automate creating user accounts (user name setup and assigning companies and roles), or is there a program available to do this?

You might want to consider FastPath.com - user accounts will be based on Active Directory.
Out of the box there is no way to do this in GP. You are touching too many tables for all the different parts of security, access, etc.
Plus, GP encrypts the password before saving it.
I suppose you could create a macro using the 'mail-merge' technique if you're on a tight budget :)
