We are using GP 18.5 with Emailing EFT Remittances for many months. And it was used to ask to Email Address from whom we need to send the Email Remittances. But now it is not asking for that window and email address, but it is sending all emails from my account from all the companies. I even deleted SY04920 table records. But no change. By the way we have enabled MFA, so system was used to ask email credentials and then send code on Mobile phones.
Can someone please guide me what could be wrong with our environment?
In the 18.6 release we added shared mailbox functionality, sounds like something you may want to look at too and need, it was a large request from our customers.
