Hi all,

Looking for some advice on this.

I have a dashboard that shows 3 columns x 2 rows created in Sales Operation Dashboard View. It is setup as below:

But when the Dashboard loads it pushes the two bottom left charts below the vertical chart on the right and im not sure why.

Since our user is prefer using Chrome/Firefox and from the Technet on Microsoft (Supported web browsers and mobile devices) that do support Chrome/Firefox. This case happened after I re-order the sequence for the user. May I know how to fix it ?

Also, I have review the below reference links but seems not help in my case

Hi Benjamin, I had the same issue in the past with Chrome and only when I have views on the top, try to make a new brand dashboard or try to add a chart on the top and that worked for me,  I investigated the issue at the html level and this happen because some issue on the css stylesheet that is not compatible on the browser

    Hi Nithya,

I have read the document #184989 but I think my issue is slightly different as they used Chrome/Firefox browser without any problem before. Should I recommend all users using IE as the recommend browser if Dashboard display abnormal ?

    Thanks,

    Benjamin

Hi Benjamin I think there is no a valid solution as the problem resides on the css stylesheet, or at least a solution that is supported.

What I did on that time was to change the layout of the dashboard by adding three charts on the dashboard, because the problem happen when only tables are displayed on the dashboard and some of them does not have records on it, in this moment is when the css style gets lost.

I have created a dashboard full of views with some of them with no records on Mozilla and after some attempts I was unable to replicate the issue with the new Dynamics version.

    *Mozilla version 54.0.1 32 Bits

At the time I was writing this post I opened a new tab and bum! the error was there so in my opinion is still an error with mozilla and CRM, after this I decided to open a new tab and the dashboard with the chart on there and all objects were "inline", so I guess is also a matter of the session that is generated on the browser.

I will suggest to create a ticket on Microsoft to see what is causing this weird behavior.
